Positive Peace can be viewed as creating an optimal environment in which human potential can flourish.

IEP’s Positive Peace training aims to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the Pillars of Positive Peace and empower them to go back to their communities as agents of change. Participants will gain knowledge in the concept of Positive Peace, analyse the strengths and weaknesses of their system and collaborate to design projects or policies that address their identified needs.

As a part of the training program, participants will complete the IEP Peace Academy and submit their individual peace projects. This interactive Positive Peace Training is designed for selected Opera artists, with discussion on their Positive Peace projects.

Serge Stroobants, IEP Director Europe & MENA will facilitate the Positive Peace training.
