IEP conducted a comprehensive analysis of the key development sectors in the Pacific countries, aimed to identify key gaps and opportunities for targeted investment.

As part of this study, IEP reviewed the development needs and current initiatives across the region, using a data-driven approach to identify sector-specific gaps. Additionally, IEP analysed survey data and public statements to understand how development priorities are perceived within local communities and stakeholders.

The final report identified which sectors and countries are currently underserved in terms of Official Development Assistance (ODA) and highlighted investment opportunities that are likely to generate the greatest highest impact.
