The Asia-Pacific Interreligious Education Roundtable 2025 will take place on 20–21 October 2025 at the Deakin Lancaster Indonesia Campus in Bandung. This international gathering brings together leading scholars, educators, and practitioners from across the Asia-Pacific to explore interreligious education, dialogue, and collaboration.
The Roundtable provides a unique platform for participants and organisations to deliver 20-minute presentations showcasing their research, projects, and contextual experiences that align with the event’s theme. Through cross-cultural exchange, participants will foster new partnerships and contribute to advancing interfaith understanding in the region.
Speakers and participants include Patricia Garcia (presenting on behalf of IEP), Prof. Greg Barton, Prof. Dicky Sofjan (Indonesia), Prof. Paul Hedges (Singapore), and Prof. Paul Moriss (New Zealand).
The Roundtable is an invite-only event, designed to encourage meaningful dialogue and the sharing of expertise across religious, cultural, and national contexts. By convening thought leaders and practitioners, it aims to build stronger foundations for interreligious cooperation throughout the Asia-Pacific.
