Fostering leadership and youth agency, this program will empower students through fun, informative and interactive sessions that explore the 8 Pillars of Positive Peace. Students will learn how to apply these principles through designing a project that promotes peace and builds resilience in their community. This program will not only strengthen social cohesion but also develop students’ global mindsets and understanding of the factors that contribute to thriving societies.
Supported by Multicultural NSW through the COMPACT Partnership Program, the Institute for Economics & Peace (IEP) is offering three NSW schools the chance to participate in our transformative ‘Cohesive Communities’ training program. This program is for Sydney Secondary College: Leichhardt Campus.
