More Than a Game, Workshop on Football, Communities and Capabilities

This workshop explores the role of football in strengthening communities, promoting wellbeing, and fostering social inclusion through the lens of the Eight Pillars of Peace. Bringing together club foundations, practitioners, and researchers, the session will highlight innovative programmes and case studies from across the world that use sport to counter division, exclusion, and inequality.

Focused on evidence-based practice and measurable impact, the workshop will also examine research methodologies and frameworks that can better inform policy, practice, and future collaboration across the sector.

Participation in this event is by invitation only.
